Sales conditions of rate:

GUARANTEE POLICY

Full amount of stay is payable in advance by credit card at booking time. The credit card used for booking must be presented at reception upon the client’s arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The amount due is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.

CHECK IN POLICY

The room is available from 15:00 except in case of Early Check In.

CHECK OUT POLICY

The room must be vacated by 14:00

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT CHARGE

Prepayment rate, the card used for the payment needs to be presented at check-in. In case of cancellable rate, the hotel will proceed to a pre-authorization equivalent to 1 night charge to verify the card, this amount will be deducted for no-shows.
